RLGP provides AI-powered analysis tools for short-term rental listings, including but not limited to the Airbnb Listing Review service. Our tools analyze publicly available listing data and provide recommendations to help improve your listing performance.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account using Google or Microsoft authentication. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Payments and Refunds

Paid reports are processed through Stripe. All prices are displayed in USD and exclude applicable taxes (VAT).

Due to the digital nature of our service, refunds are generally not provided once a report has been generated. If you experience technical issues preventing access to your report, please contact us at support@rlgp.com within 7 days of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Resell or redistribute reports without permission
• Submit URLs for listings you do not own or have authorization to analyze

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by KJA Strategy Limited and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. Reports generated for you are licensed for your personal or business use only. We recommend downloading your reports as we only guarantee storage for 6 months from purchase.

7. Disclaimer

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our recommendations will result in increased bookings, revenue, or any specific outcome. The analysis is AI-generated and should be used as guidance alongside your own judgment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KJA Strategy Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
